Columbus police arrested a woman on outstanding warrants on Friday, Feb. 12 around 4:35 p.m. According to reports, the employer of Rachel’s Place, 56-year-old Barbara Hutcherson, was charged with commercial gambling. Hutcherson is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, Feb. 16 at 9 a.m.
