More than 20,000 people have had be rescued from flooding in Baton Rouge, Lousiana. Some of those people have lost everything including their homes. Actor Wendell Pierce is no different, the New Orleans native got emotional with a TMZ reporter when speaking of the flooding and losing his home. Take a look below:
