According to TMZ, the mastermind behind boy bands “Backstreet Boys” and “NSYNC” has died. Lou Pearlman who was basically the leader of the boy band movement back in the day allegedly died from heart issues. Pearlman had been transferred from his prison cell to a Miami hospital to have surgery when died. Justin Timberlake and Lance Bass both offered condolences via Twitter:
